Systeme.io Pricing Explained: Plans, Limits and Real Costs

Short answer: Systeme.io has four plans: Free, Startup ($17 a month), Webinar ($47) and Unlimited ($97). Paying yearly costs $170, $470 or $970. None of the plans take a cut of your sales. Your only per-sale cost is what Stripe or PayPal charges. Prices were checked on 21 Oct 2026 against systeme.io/pricing.

The plans, by what actually changes

The main thing that changes between plans is how many contacts you can hold:

• Free: 2,000 contacts.
• Startup: 5,000 contacts, $17 a month or $170 a year (about $14.17 a month, derived from yearly price).
• Webinar: 10,000 contacts, $47 a month or $470 a year (about $39.17 a month, derived from yearly price).
• Unlimited: no contact cap, $97 a month or $970 a year (about $80.83 a month, derived from yearly price).

What “0% transaction fees” means in practice

Systeme.io doesn’t charge a platform fee on sales (pricing page). You connect your own Stripe or PayPal account and pay that provider’s fees.

Worked example: At Stripe’s standard US rate of 2.9% + 30¢ (stripe.com/pricing), $5,000 from 100 sales costs $175 in card fees. Add the $17 Startup plan and you keep $4,808. That’s the highest of the default plans in our fee calculator at that revenue.

At $1,000 a month from 20 sales, Startup still leaves $948, an effective cost of 5.2%. Fixed plan prices weigh more at low revenue, and Systeme.io’s are low.

Costs people forget

• International cards: Stripe adds 1.5%, and another 1% if currency conversion is needed.
• Outgrowing the contact cap moves you to the next plan. Plan around your list growth, not your sales.
• Other gateways: Systeme.io’s pricing page lists integrations with Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago and Xendit. These are useful if you sell in India, Africa, Latin America or Southeast Asia. Fees are set by each gateway.
