Startup USD 17 a month 5,000 10

How a sale works

  1. Upload the file or set up the download as a product.
  2. Build a sales funnel with a sales page and an order form.
  3. Connect a payment gateway such as Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay.
  4. Add an order bump or 1-click upsell if you have a second product.
  5. Send the buyer the download through the funnel’s thank-you page or an email automation.

What you keep on USD 2,000 a month

Example: 100 sales of a USD 20 template, with card processing at 2.9% + USD 0.30 ($88). Check your gateway’s rate for your country.

  • Free plan: $0 + $88 in processing = $88. You keep $1,912, until total sales reach $10,000.
  • Startup ($17): $17 + $88 = $105. You keep $1,895.

Who it fits, based on published features and pricing

This is a reading of Systeme.io’s published plans, not a hands-on test.

  • It fits solo sellers of ebooks, templates or presets who want the sales page, checkout and email list in one tool with no platform cut.
  • It fits less well if you need a marketplace audience, licence keys or very large downloads. Check those in the help centre first.
