No ongoing support. Each package is a one-time setup with a written acceptance checklist. There is no retainer, no monthly care plan, and no open-ended revision window after you accept delivery.

- Scope confirm — We confirm fit, delivery window, and the access we need (collaborator seat or temporary login).
- You send assets — Brand files, copy, offer details, domain registrar access if needed.
- We configure — Build and test inside your account.
- Delivery — Written acceptance checklist and optional revision rounds per the package (async; no live call or training session).
Payment is due before work starts (invoice / checkout link will be in the reply).
Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own Kajabi or Systeme.io account?
Yes. Packages are configured on your subscription. We do not include the platform fee.
What do you need from me before the clock starts?
Account access (collaborator preferred), brand assets, final or near-final sales and email copy, and your domain registrar login if the domain is not already connected.
Can you write the sales page for me?
Not inside these packages. You supply the copy. Writing can be quoted as a separate line item if you ask in the enquiry.
Which email tools does the add-on cover?
Kit or MailerLite. Choose one in your enquiry.
What if my plan does not support a feature you listed?
We configure what your plan allows and note the gap on the checklist. We do not upgrade your plan for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Work is custom configuration on your account. If we have not started after payment, ask in writing and we will unwind the invoice. Once configuration has begun, unused revision rounds are the remaining buffer — we do not promise outcomes or revenue.
