Comfort vs Power

  • Comfort: monthly sends up to 10× your subscriber tier, up to 50 automations, 10 forms, 10 landing pages and websites, 5 digital products, 3 users. Source
  • Power: unlimited sending (fair use), higher limits and live chat support. Source

What the change means for you

  • On the old free plan with 251–500 subscribers: you’re over the new limit. Upgrade to Comfort ($12 a month at 500 subscribers) or clean your list to 250 to keep sending.
  • Sending more than 2,500 emails a month on Free: a weekly newsletter to 250 people is about 1,000 emails, so you fit; daily sends don’t.
  • On a paid legacy plan: your price changes at renewal. Check your renewal date under billing and compare your tier above.

Who each plan fits, based on published features and pricing

  • Power fits high-volume senders who need unlimited sending and live chat support.
  • Free fits testing MailerLite, or very small lists under 250.
